How heavy is a collar like that? Is there a difference in weight between the Tau collar and the Biothane collar?

Our smallest collars weigh about 200g. This applies to rope as well as the Biothane products. The heaviest collars are 250g. But these are also the collars for really big dogs like a mastiff or a doberman.
How heavy are your lines? Are they also suitable for very small breeds?

Our rope or biothane lines are suitable for all sizes. It doesn't matter whether it's a Chihuahua or a mastiff, everything is included here. The narrowest lines with a width of 15mm are 180g. The ropes are a bit lighter.
Are our products also suitable for dogs that pull hard?

Our Rope and Biothane products have a traction force of up to 500g. They are indestructible and incredibly durable and suitable for all weather conditions.
What are the advantages of Biothane compared to leather?

Leather is a natural product. That means they change over time. The color changes and over time they begin to smell and can also become mouldy. Biothane is incredibly easy to care for thanks to its material. It does not mold, does not smell, does not stain and is also antibacterial.
I took my measurements and now my collar doesn't fit. What can I do?

Please contact us. We will definitely find a solution together. First, we ask that you measure your dog again as we have described in the Measuring Instructions. Then you can return the collar that doesn't fit and we'll be happy to shorten it for a small fee, or make a few more holes if it's too big.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Since all our products are made by hand with love and care, please be patient. If you got hold of a collar or leash from the sale, then the package should have been sent within 4 to 7 working days . Shampoos, toys and chews range from 1 to 2 weeks. For the other products you have to expect a delivery time of 3 - 6 weeks.
